Launch the WhatsApp application on your Android device.
Navigate to the individual or group chat you want to export.
Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the chat.
From the dropdown menu, tap on "More" to reveal additional options.
Select "Export chat" from the menu options.
When prompted, select "Without Media" to export just the text (smaller file size, faster processing).
Choose to save the file to your device, email it to yourself, or use any file sharing method.
